What is in a photo? Even in the simplest of compositions, there is so much to unpack. I love what the craft of photography proffers, especially in the modern world. We live in a society of content, but increasingly, video is king. 24 frames a second or die. Reels and shorts are the norm and even podcasts are switching away from a purely audio medium.
Enter the humble image.
You don’t have the luxury of seconds to tell your story. Just one moment, frozen in time. A few thousand pixels if your lucky. The art of a good photo, therefore, becomes all the more demanding.
